i start my new job in 4hours and im not dressed anything haha.

hello everyone. whats a therapy assignment?
I have to write somthing down cos im doing cognitive behavioural therapy at the moment. need to have somthing for when i go to the therapist on thursday. arghhhh hate delving into my thoughts and feelings.
