Me and my flatmate were talking about this and we guessed panic attacks relating to him feeling he missed something with the baby therefore losing confidence.... :/
talaiporia not sure I thought it was a great depiction either if that's what they were going for..got the unreality bit pinned down but he didn't appear to have any trouble breathing whatsoever ?
Save me, O God!
The water is up to my neck;
2 I am sinking in deep mud,
and there is no solid ground;
I am out in deep water,
and the waves are about to drown me. 3 I am worn out from calling for help, and my throat is aching.
I have strained my eyes,
looking for your help.
yeah true..idk..it just didn't seem quite right somehow. But I guess everyones attacks are different right?

I'll be intrigued to see what happens with Tom. Part of me wonders if there is something more sinister going on for him?
Interesting episode anyway. I was surprised with how harsh Sam was with the young girl, but good she took on board what the Nurse said. Can't remember her name!
talaiporia - I thought that too, I though it must have been meningitis related until I saw the 'next week' bit where he had several 'episodes' and he was working so I assume it's not. I guessed panic attacks too after seeing the end bit.
There will always be a happy ending. If its not happy then its not yet the end.
I assumed straight away it was a panic attack so it must of seemed realistic to me. (whats the betting it's something physical and ill look a right wally tomorrow!)

It was quite cringe-worthy. It just so doesn't fit Tess's character but equally I want her to be happy! I'm glad to see her getting a bit more screen time though. Was pretty shocked to see Charlie today aha.
Quite interesting with Tom. Bless Sam, although I wonder if the prescription thing will soon turn in to something?
I think the prescription thing's going to deff. become something - addiction or bringing about a dark past or something. I don't know, but I do think it's going to be a good storyline!
Not really a fan of the Tess/Fletch thing, I think they need more screen time together, or just drop the storyline entirely.
But surely it's against treating family members. Like a doctor isn't allowed (I'm not 100% on this!) to treat their family because emotions get in the way.
So Sam with him probably isn't allowed
Does that even make sense?!
There will always be a happy ending. If its not happy then its not yet the end.
It's not legit because when she was asked what it was, she said it was for the old guy that'd been diagnosed with cancer. Next scene, she's giving it to Tom? Pretty sure this is no coincidence :P
And even if it is a legit prescription, it's not legit- can't treat family members x
Yeah I think Sam made the prescription lit for a patient not tom
