Hallo. I started counselling today, again. The C is quite nice, I think I can shoo off the depression this time. Brought up my dissociation/detachment; will work on that next session. (Ooohh, rhyme!!)

My diagnosis is "depression and anxiety and panic attacks and other problems due to things that happened to you in your past." :\ That's what the psychiatrist said when I asked him my diagnosis.
Or, on my medical records, Recurrent Depressive Disorder/long standing treatment resistant depression.

We didn't sleep well (typical) and are really tired. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are 6am starts and its exhausting, even more when living off less than 3 hours sleep.
Plus it is raining cats and dogs out there, I was literally dripping onto the cafe floor... Clothes are soaked through - it's lovely.
We have our art therapy group today, starting in a half hour... Don't have the patience. The group has changed, and gone downhill. We'll see.

Right now I'm really p*ssed off. My mum's been having a really hard time at work and it's all she ever talks about non stop. So I tried to say something nice to her and she just picked on the wording of what I said and got all arsey and said she was going to bed. So my dad told me she's just tired but I just want to cry so I left my supper behind and came upstairs. I feel totally crap and I have no idea why I have let such a nothing event get to me.
Ewwo. Seeing as Manperson is visiting this weekend, and the next few weeks look HECTIC, I won't be on for a while starting tonight!

Katie - yeah I get that sometimes. Tingly feelings often are the warning sign for a switch for me. I also got tingles all over at the end of my last hypno session which was weird. However if you haven't had that feeling before it might be an idea to tell your homeopath about it at your next appointment. Hope you're doing ok today.

Today has been an up and down day for me, but I've kept busy so that's kept me out of trouble. I saw my GP today which I usually avoid because of the weighing but he was nice. He always is, I don't know why I get so nervous. I've been a bit spacey this evening. I'm really really struggling with my eating disorder and I'm so bloomin' fed up of it. And I can feel Jasper tapping away at the imaginary swinging doors of my mind. And my boyfriend's coming over and I'm guessing he isn't coming over to entertain a six year old boy.
What the f**k I can feel all the others like they are sitting around me but they aren't outside I can't see them but they're there this is weird this never happens when everyone is about
Yes, I've had it before, the tingle/numb/fizzy feeling.
When I saw a Cranial Osteopath, she said it was a sign I was going into the foetal physical-emotional state. But I don't think it's always that. Hmm.
