ive been in a and e most of the day with my back:( but on the plus side the diazepam they have given my rocks!

Dani *huggles but is careful of the back* hope it feels better soon..a nice warm bath might help..usually helps me when muscles hurt..although if you've been up the hospital i guess it isn't your 'normal' muscle strain.

youchy sounds painful. I'm doing ok, just had dinner and it was chicken and I have a fear of eating chicken (yes i'm weird haha) but I ate it and enjoyed it Go me.
Now i really do need to tidy haha.
