We all get lost, and we all have a destiny and a true self, but we may sometimes need someone to remind us and help us get back to it. We're not alone, God (I assume, or someone) is with us, and not everything has to be complete crap. Also rainbows and suns!!
Overall I think you go through **** like all of us, but generally remain with a positive and optimistic outlook, as much as possible, and you'd like to share that hope with others, which I have to say is amazing!!

Um, maybe that having sadness isn't he only thing we have, that if we can recover we still have other things left. Like our depression or illness isn't our identity or doesn't define us, if we get better we will still have other things we can focus on, hopefully better things.
