- a member of the senior leadership team came to find me and another colleague stopped me in the corridor to check I was OK when they heard I'd got hit breaking up a fight.
- apart from the incident above, had a pretty good day at work.
- Got some McDonald's vouchers through the letterbox which I'm going to take as a personal message from Ronald McDonald himself suggesting that I consume McDonald's, rather than be a ~*~pro ana queen~*~
- found a job advert that is completely not what I was originally looking for but could actually be really good, so am considering applying.

White rabbits were in reception for Chinese New Year
Sushi was had
Some progress made on work
Made it to the bank before it closed (only day this week I will be able to) & had chance to do a few other adulting things thanks to change in shift pattern for this week

1. Spoke to my lecturer and was able to discuss how I was feeling.
2. Remembered all my lines for the play I'm in.

Thanks for the sympathy and distinct lack of victim blaming :P
Today:
- feeling a sense of camaraderie at work and even though things are terrible, it feels like we're all in it together and that we're a team, which is nice
- Leicester Square station has a costa now
- supportive friends
- I'm trying to be brave
