She just said to keep trying not to drink, everything I'm feeling is just the alcohol talking, and gave a leaflet to refer myself to another drug rehabilitation service

As I said, doctors sometimes look at things objectively and you can't do that with mental health. Looking at things subjectively is something they're not taught to do and it means more work from them. That isn't your fault, angel - some doctors are just pretty useless. You know it's not down to alcohol.

I won't be going back to that charity site today.
I was overwhelmed when I was fairly well rested.
Exhausted and drained like this I don't believe I'd be able to cope.
