Triggered and not wanting to go to bed=[ i see no point i won't sleep well and i'll just lay at the bottom of my bed shaking again cause i'm an ass

I do that 3 out of every 4 nights or something. And even when I do sleep, it's only for tiny amounts of time till I wake up after a nightmare...

I won't even lay down most of the time because I'm too afraid to sleep...

You aren't an ass. Everybody has things that are difficult.

For us, sleeping is one of those things.

But I guess it gets better in the end or something.

I hope so because i can't deal with the lack of sleep last night i got about 4 hours all in all because i was up at half 6.

I don't know why the sleeplessness is such a problem i've had worse sleeping times in 3 days i had 6 ours of sleep and only on the fourth day did i get a full nights sleep and i don't think a bomb going off next door would've woken me up. I'mma light sleeping and we have a dog who moves alot so i keep jumping awake suddenly

ANd now i have to go to bed eep i don't wanna sh*cries* i'mma sleep in here tis safe

I go like 5 days with no sleep sometimes...I'm a freak. I don't require a lot of sleep anyway. A full night is pretty much 5 hours for me. And I get that roughly every week or 2. Mostly I get up to 2 hours...
