I spotted it from the off... just something about it didn't add up! Good episode I agree. Thought provoking.

That was a most interesting episode with rather a lot of SRS BSNS. I miss Dylan! And what happened with Sam and Tom?
The new student nurses are odd, especially Aoife who just seems snotty. One would think after jumping to the wrong conclusion about that boy, she would be a little bit more sensitive when approaching him but hey ho!

Haha, this is what I do. Right from the start of the episodes I'm always guessing what the problem is and usually diagnosing correctly so I feel I should have a medical degree
It was an incredibly emotionally tough episode. I found all three parts of it were just woah! For me though when Nick & Zoe hugged - ah dear, was in bits.
I have also been wondering what on earth happened between Sam and Tom?!! Is it because Dylan left?

Very heavy. Infact, I commented that I used to say 'S/he's in it!' At the start of the ep's but that was really heavy.
A really good episode though.

I think Sam's mad at Tom because he's been acting so flippant with their relationship (not getting her a Christmas/New Year gift- on which note, who the heck gets someone a New Year gift? -, saying he'd get back to her when she asked him out, standing her up a while back on the night Dylan went on a date with Amanda, and now flirting with blondes in resus). So she's angry and retaliating because she's not the sort of person to just sit around and wait for him to call.

I want Dylan to come back!!!!!!! He was my Saturday evening eye candy!
Saturday was a sad episode. I can't help thinking that in reality the girl would have been forced to get help straight away. I could be wrong though.

There was a case a while back in the news that had a very similar vein. A young woman was found to have capacity and thus 'allowed' to withdraw from treatment. I'd post a link if I could find one but I wonder also if it would prove triggering?

I was rooting for Sam and Dylan :( But with the exception of Ruth and Jay, since when has anyone on Casualty actually ended up together? Adam and Jess, Kirsty and Adam, Dylan and Sam, Zoe and Nick and now Tom and Sam too. But I don't mind them messing that up because he's not good enough for her.
