Alpro is yum in tea. Actually I drink it in hot chocolate and on it's own. Chocolate alpro is yum too. Especially warmed up!

I've finally given up on my carer coming so no night meds for me which is a pity as a little edgy/could do with them. Think it's because I had a bit of an argument with one yesterday but still.
