If someone was turned down, but they felt that they could really make a great supporter and there's nothing holding them back, do you think they would be able to ask Chloe for a second chance, prove that they could do it and put up a really good reason why they'd contribute to helping RYL and the members in it?
I'm not telling everyone that that's what they should do, but I was just wondering what Chloe (or anyone else) would do in that situation?

^^ I guess they could just continue to post good support replies in threads that need it, and then wait for the next chance to be a supporter comes around. I doubt there'll be 'second chances' as such, until the need for new supporters comes around again, but you don't need the title of 'a supporter' to be able to support people well y'know?

I tell you, to those of you who are making it clear you applied I admire you. I didn't apply but if I had I woudl be keeping it quiet because I'd feel like a tit if I was turned down.
Haha, i don't particularly care how i'd look or feel if i get turned down. It's not as though it's a competition or anything!
I'll still help people, it just means time will have to be managed in a different way, and will have plenty of time to write a new application ;]
If i do get turned down, then it means there are some good supporters there which are flexible to many situations.

If you want to contest it, I think that is what you mean, NONT of these decisions are made lightly. They are well thought through and well justified - so whilst you could the chances are... as others have mentioned... supporting around the Forums would be the best way to go. Alex and Trace hit the nail on the head there.

are the pms going to be seprate or group ones? becvause i really didnt like the group ones last time, yes they may save time, but i didnt want to know the other people who applied and got turned down.

No joke - about 5 and a bit hours later... I do believe I've contacted everyone!
Well done to those that made it this time and to those that haven't I hope I've explained a little in the PM. Thank you to those that have been understanding and to those who have PMd but not got a response I will attend to them soon, but it's been a long evening.
