Tamo, i don't want to downplay the severity of your emotions. I just wanted to say that for me, personally, i tend to get a bit worse mental health wise at the first bit of an admission because the stress of trying to adapt to hospital affects me quite a lot <3

Thank you :) yes, Dad, brother and 1 sister came this morning. Mum, sister 2 and L are coming this evening :) I would have been sad without visits. They also brought presents :) and I think this evening's visitors are bringing cake!

Having a bad day. No leave so tried to get off the ward myself to pop down the shops and buy blades. Nurses pissed off. They gave me PRN but it didn't change me needing blades. I've had a good cry and an argument with the Man. A couple of staff tried to help but didn't succeed.

I'm not feeling good. I can feel a repeat of yesterday coming on but I WILL try to distract and put it off. My dad has been for a visit and either Mum or L might visit this evening.
