I'm stuck on a recovery ward on 1-1. They are convinced my going to strangle myself with my hoodie. But it's too cold for them to take it off me.
I feel so low. I have no idea when the assessment will be hopefully soon.

They let me go home.
But today my boyfriend wanted a break from us. I can't do this. I feel even more suicidal and scared. I don't know what's going on. I'm so scared. I love him. We've been going out for 3.5 years and engaged for 2.5 years and I can't imagine spending my life with someone else.

But the issue is I think I may be falling for someone else. I'm so confused and I want to cry and I'm crying. HTT came gave me my meds and told me to go to go to a&e if necessary.

My dad thinks this is all my fault for being unwell and that s couldn't cope and me going to a&e won't solve anything and that in fact it will prove to s that I'm not worth it.

My boyfriend left today and I was in tears. HTT came and before sitting down said right were going pack your bag. So here I am against my will to be in a psychiatric unit. I'm fed up. I don't know what's going on or what's happening. So far it's only for the night. Let's hope so.

Still haven't seen a dr. I don't know what's I want or need. Saw my cc and she says I'm not stable enough to go home and that I'm sick enough to be here despite not seeing it that way.

Thanks. The doctrine came. She said this is the lowest she's seen me in four years (as long as she's known me). She said no to going home completely. And sisd that even if tomorrow doesn't changes compared to yesterday I'm still not allowed to leave. I'm frustrated. I've had to hand over my keys for someone to feed my cat

Saw the dr today twice. I had an incident yesterday where I tried to harm myself and got caught. And got out on 15 mins obs. I had this appt with the rape crisis counselling and they will review the assessment and get back to me in January.

The dr had to take me off enhanced obs to let me go but out me back on it herb I got back. She's increased my mirtazapine as she said it was a low dose.

The plan is if I stay here increase the mirtazapine to 45mg and then add lithium. But there's a good chance I could be going to a crisis house tomorrow if they accept me which I then don't know whether the plan will still be the same

I like the plan. Which I don't want to change so I want to stay in hospital to achieve the plan. If I go to the crisis house I will be seen by a different crisis team whom won't know me. Which I'm worried about.

It all feel very uncertain but going home doesn't seem to be an option.

If so I've heard really good things about the set up of it in that it's meant to be wonderful and is a beautiful house etc.

Yes E. But don't know if I'm ready for it. And it will under certain circumstances they're offering me a place because I work in E. I want the plan. So I don't know what's I want.
