Finding it really hard in here at the moment. Feel very actively suicidal and self destructive and one of the more ill patients has been bullying/harrassing me a lot, saying things that are really confirming my own beliefs and hatred towards myself. The staff do seem to be trying to keep her away from me but they can't watch her alll the time. I can't wait for my Section to end. I'm getting so frustrated and cagey.

They are playing around with my meds and seem to have hit on one which although makes me drowsy etc does seem to be helping to level things out though, which is one positive, and I've been trying to do art work, collages etc, and some writing and relaxation.

Ha ha thankyou for all the love and pictures and such.

I'm feeling a little more stable to today although very nervous about ward round as hopefully they will tell me if they'll let me leave when my Section 2 ends ;-s fingers crossed! I should be hving an advocate in with me today though so that should make the expereince less stressful and make it easier to get my point across.
