Hiya guys,
Er as Sky.Fairy said I am out of the general for now, although its been a rough ride and Im still very unwell.
I am back at the EDU, but I do have a permanent catheter at the age of 23 its totally hit me and realised what Ive done.
The hospital said if I had left it another hour, I could have died. I guess it takes a lot to sometimes kick you up the arse, but I felt so unwell, I cant even begin to explain, and ive messed my kidneys up, and cant wee without a catheter, but its really made me want to fight more, because Ive realised that eating disorders really do kill!
So please everyone out there that thinks "oh that wont happen to me" please dont think that, having an eating disorder is not worth losing your life for.
That is so amazing to hear Sam - your determination & your fighting spirit!
You can do it & I believe in you completely!
I hope you start feeling better now they know about it sweetie!
If there is a next time,, tell them straight away sweetie,, just in case!
Stay strong lovely! <3

Well content loves the silence, It thrives in the dark, With fine winding tendrils,That strangle the heart,
They say that promises sweeten the blow, But I don't need them, No, I don't need them...
Your determination is great Sammi. Keep it up, I'm sure recovery will still have its tough parts but you sound like you can take it on now. Good luck with everything.

Always seem to get things just that little bit wrong.
"don't wish, don't start, wishing only wounds the heart"
Any possibility of it coming out in the future Sammie?
I'm incontinent because of my anorexia (something I rarely mention because I'm ashamed because its my fault) I take tablets for the incontinence daily and it keeps it at bay. If I don't take my tablets I wee myself. Humiliating and I'm in my 20's too. I really admire your positive attitude and how you are using a bad situation for the better. I wish I could see my problem as a reason to kick ass to the anorexia too.
I have a lot of respect for you. If I can learn through this thread how you managed to turn things round I will be grateful.
You go girl!
Take care love
Liddy xx

So sorry to hear that Sammi, but it sounds like it's really given you even more determination, which can only be a good thing!
Times are going to be tough and there will be times where the anorexia will try to coax you into old habits, but re-read that post and remember why you're fighting. Your attitude is admirable and inspirational x
Sorry it came that close to losing you but think your new determination great. You can do this girl.i have always had faith in you and i do even more now.It will be hard but we will be here and you can do this. Please try and look after yourself as best you can and use all the help and support you can.You have been horribly horribly ill.It will undoubtedly leave permanent damage sadly but you can [and will i believe] get through this.
Thanks for the updates.

i do not always manage to be around but i wish you all the very best - love and luck to you all!
Thats the Russian Roulette with anorexia and self harm, you never know who is going to be damaged by these devastating illnesses. I learnt the hard way :(
