I'm sorry to hear that Tasha. Maybe your parents are worried and frustrated that you are unwell and don't know how to express it in a more positive way. Could you try talking to them?
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
Thankyou one_step_closer (I don't know your name sorry :(!) My mum confessed to me the other day she's worried about me, and my dad doesn't say much. I think it's because the tablets are making me really really angry lately which isn't good considering I already have quite a temper :S

What happens if you were diagnosed with childhood depression but never got treated?
I think in January, after explaining my childhood to my therapist, she said it sounded like I had childhood depression and anxiety, which I do agree with.
I was never diagnosed with it when I was younger, so I was never treated... So I'm just wondering if I have, in fact, been depressed my whole life.
Hi. :)
My therapist has said similar to me.
It is certainly possible.
But unfortunately you can't go back and fix things.
It's good that you're getting help now. The sooner the better, really. And have love and understanding for the little girl that you were.
Never lose faith in yourself,
and never lose hope;
remember, even when this world throws its worst and then turns its back,
there is still always hope.
