We have 2 asdas, 2 sainsburys, a tesco and an iceland near us. It's like they're all trying to aggressively duke it out or something!

Wow that's a lot of supermarkets to choose from!

We have an asda, aldi, iceland and Sainsburys.
But Sainsbury's is just outside the town centre so i never go there. And I've never been to aldi because its not on my asda route (it's literally like a 3 minute walk out of my way but I'm lazy!)

Everyone is always telling me how cheap aldi is but you cant really do an entire shop there so I'd end up having to go to asda anyway.

With regards your own sleep have you ever tried melatonin? It's natural hormone and was main thing helped me sleep.

I'll ask to see the dr here. The gp not the idiot consultant who told me I was abusing codeine and took it off my chart. I've used it 4 times in 2 months. She said it's too strong. I'm not the only one on opiates here. *grumble*

Did melatonin help you fall asleep or stay asleep?
