I'm not going to lie, I've felt better. I think I'm about to do something stupid, and part of me really wants to and part of me wants it just to go away. I was ok yesterday, so I suppose I'm paying for it today.

Claire ~ Glad you are feeling bit better after the gym. Well done you for going! It must have taken a lot of motivation which is always hard when you're feeling rubbish.

silent - your therapist wont be mad at you, they understand why you get upset/angry. i always had outbursts with my cpn... but thats was because i was close to her, you hurt the people closet, right? she never held it against me, we discussed it, so there wasnt any bad feelings, and tried to find other solutions instead of me getting so mad.

Managed to get the bus and completly soacked as well its raining so bad, i have to go to physio tomrrow and piano lesson on thur. I may aslo have to go back to the 02 shop since my phones playing up and 02 customer service wernt exaclty helpful. Evey time i check my credit i seem to have a different amount - without even doing anything, but its not just going down its going up as well. It was £8 this morning then it went to £6.50 then £6.42 then £7.50, so i dont know what the hell is going on.

Oh guys, I wish I could be of more use. I'm just a bit of a fail today. Found myself google imagining things that I shouldn't; stupid Ev. Now have to get self together, and go and teach.
