It felt a bit flat to me..... sounds weird but I missed Nick Jordan and Zoe was acting not very Zoe-like which didn't help! AND that stupid woman they have bought in on reception..... GRRRRRR!

Positive points - I LOVE TOM! He is just such a lovely, all-round good guy and not bad on the eye....

I disagree with it being a bit flat. I thought it was really good. When people take on a new job they struggle at first, usually because everything is new and they have to get used to it. I think that is why Zoe didn't seem herself and i believe that is what they wanted you to see.

She looked really nervous and like she was worried she was going to mess things up. She is an excellent actress and i think they did a good job with displaying how nervous and worried she was. It takes time as we all know so i'm sure she will be better soon. It would have been totally silly if they had just told her to act like her normal self and not be worried and nervous.
