I skipped the showers at the end. washed off any mud in the sink and gave myself an extra large squirt of deodorant. Anything to avoid getting in there in front of others.

I hated PE, but I conveniently arranged my music lesson to be during it so I didn't have to do it. Or I slipped off to the adjoining music room and sat with a friend in the practice rooms. We also never used the showers, but we didn't have any toilets to get changed in :(
There was only one toilet, so no chance everyone could get changed in it. I suppose you could use the little shower cubicles, but no one did. Everyone just plonked on the bench and turned around.

Sorry for disappearing before guys. My best friend rang me about an hour later and we talked. I felt a lot better after that.
It was just relationship troubles. Complicated long story with many mixed up unspoken feelings. We've decided on a rough plan of action, so that's good.
And I didn't hurt myself. Another day without it :)
