I can honestly say I haven't pissed myself when drunk either.
I did it when I was sober :D
I was a kid! And and. Couldn't find a toilet anywhere. And I was pretty thick so instead of finding myself a nice cosy bush I went searching for my mum just to tell her I needed the toilet really badly.
And then I realised if I moved I'd pee myself. So it was either pee myself whilst walking or pee myself quickly whilst standing and then going home.
...I'm sure you've all enjoyed that anecdote.
In my defense, I was 5 and I'm Polish.
