*cuddles gently* it's horrible for you, but it'll get better. Can you discuss with them why you want to leave when you're feeling calm and safe? Maybe then they'll be able to help a bit and give you some time spans.

Thanks everyone for the continued support, it means a lot. It's still hard but I'm finally off one to ones after 2 weeks or something stupid which ahs reduced my stress levels a little as I am quite a private person. Still finding the varous upsets and the like on the ward difficult and really want to leave but haven't tried to leave for a few days and am trying to utilise the resources here, been doing a lot of art and such.
