Gah - I haven't done the thieves guild to get the good fences so my "merchants" all have 700-1100 gold to start.

I wil stop with Dawnguard but I got the crossbow already. yay.

What game will you do next?

^ The first Darksiders (War) was enjoyable. It's very hack-and-slash. The second one (Death) was quite different, it's a bit more like an RPG in terms of levelling and gear. Overall I preferred the first one, but that might just be personal preference.

Yes I've used the crossbow - its groovy enough. I'm not a portal person. You never played Oblivion before? The main quest is pretty quick in that. For Kvatch!

Playing as a Nord with Heavy Armour and dual wield. I got my blacksmith to 100 so I have Daedric Armour. I did have dragon armour for a bit but Deadric looks so much cooler.

I went back to it the other day and just could not get into it at all. I got out of Helgen and gave up. Maybe it was because the buttons felt awkward compared to the what I've been playing recently, or maybe it was that the combat is awkward, but I couldn't get into it.

I think I'm a Nord too. I've never bothered to up my armour. With archery I don't need any too often. Its the peeps with the fireball staffs that do the most damage to me. Duel wield would be too heavy for me because I loot a lot of stuff

I get like that with games. I reall want to do the DLCs and then an hour or two into them I'm like "meh" lol

I stopped playing elder scrolls because I'm more into call of duty but I'm getting the urge to play it again

I couldn't imagine not being an archer, it's so much easier than trying to get close to a mage who's relentlessy chucking fireballs at your head. It's also a hell of a lot lighter because, as you mentioned, I loot a lot too, need the pennies for my house as I started from the beginning recently.

I don't know how people kill dragons without archery. I think only about 3 have gotten away and I am level 48
