scratch the charm, the smile,
the front like a painted door.
I'm just a dim-lit room.

One more time, always
the hope it will be different
and always the doubt.

against yours, hungry.

Dawn.

Laid down, eyes empty.
Satin clinging to her body
As blue veins run pale...

Grieve not for her end...
For she thrives outside of this.
Beyond life's limits.

Mourn her stilled heart,
Hum into her silenced mind,
Paint icy cheeks rouge...

But she shall not wait
For this echoing grief to cease...
By dawn, she will fly.

So let tears run dry
And drown out the melody
Of resounding sobs...

Quell your pain... Listen...
She's here... soaring through this breeze...
Whispering her love... <3
