• My landlady and her mom got me two £10 vouchers for Christmas(quite early tho), and I can get whatever I want from all sorts of different shops, including Waterstones!!!.

Yesterday:
-did a short presentation in front of the class and afterwards I felt okay and despite my voice cracking half way through, I didn't freak out :)
- had a heart to heart chat with my brother and it was lovely <3

Today:
-Cleaned the guinea pigs cage out (FINALLY)

Yesterday
Had a lovely day out and got some cool things from Hawkin's Bazaar.
Went for a nice meal that tasted epic, had not tried before and was dead chill :)
Enjoyed relaxing watching a film
I felt refreshed after a shocking long forgotten experience of 12 beautiful glorious hours sleep

Today
They still have shedloads of Hallowe'en candy to get rid of in the supermarket near me so I have Frosties (loved these as a kid but very rarely saw them!!), wham and fruit salad/blackjack lollies omnom
Achieved some work in the library

• Wasn't late for my appointment.
• Three girls(in the street) helped me while I was having a meltdown and they were so very nice.
• I took my meds on time.
• Watched part of Spider-Man 3 with Nick.
• Had tea(evening meal).

- I feel rather okay at the moment. No voices, no dissociation, I'm fully functional.
- My student was so excited when I helped him pass two of his exams today.
- I found a place where I can afford to eat out, and it's decent food :)

Yesterday
- last night was really lovely having a conversation with my house mates
- also went to winter wonderland and had a hot chocolate. My friend spilt hers everywhere and it was really funny
- also had curly fries

- people at work are being lovely and kind

Friday:

• Woke up early.
• Got paid.
• Ran into Toby whom I haven't seen in a year.
• Got to my counselling appt early and it went well.
• Bought all sorts of nice stuff.
• Bid on a Nintendo 3DS XL.
• Had coffee in my café.
• Ran into a classmate who was lovely and actually worried about how i was doing!
• Watched NCIS: New Orleans(LGBT couple's baby is abducted and her name is Lucy).

Yesterday:

• Had a soya Toffee Nut Latte(I'm lactose intolerant) and it was lovely.
• Had nice food.
• Talked to gran <3
• Talked to dad and it was nice too.
• Bought Christmas socks and felt happy about it.
• Spent the night awake and talked to the lovely Lillie and Tonks for quite a bit :D <3
• Started my essay.
• Felt a tad confident!

I went out for a bit.

- went to a garden centre with an antiques centre and art gallery, and saw lots of Christmassy things.
- D is off until Thursday so cuddles.
- went to Lidl and got some crusty bread (not the ones which were apparently reduced from 20p to 25p).

Today-

Met someone who studies on my campus and is at a different uni, completely different course on the train from London to lecture and talked through journey. Felt more alive in lecture despite earlier awakening, irony :P

Was uber earlier for my train so got a festive Starbucks Gingerbread Latte. Have never got one before for simply wanting one-usually I'd have to have achieved something to 'earn' it and even then I wouldn't get one. Usually Costa & Starbucks are meet ups/friends socialising times :D Was nice to just go buy one because I wanted to.

Aha, Laura that is utter bread role-y madness :P

Have got some notes done

Left my room door open and within 10 minutes of being back home from lectures all day I had two flatmates giving me enormous bear hugs. I haven't seen them in over a week as have been hiding in room. Was nice to reconnect :) one came & sat on my bed a bit later and filled in the colouring page attached to my birthday as I wrote notes, was a nice 5 mins catch up

Having a break of my own and filling in a bit of the colouring book myself now :)

Feels like it's been forever since I posted in here! I had an ambition to post every day but well I was exhausted and literally not sleeping since Saturday.

Sunday

• Had nice drink and cigarette and met nice people at the pub.
• Had Mexican in town.
• Felt awake/ alive for a good chunk of the evening.
• Ordered charger from ebay and it was very very very cheap.

Monday

• Finished my assignment.
• HANDED IN my assignment.
• Dr English was lovely to me; she is the best.
• Felt ok and had a smile on my face even after the meltdown.
• Ran into Carlos while walking home and he said we should meet up cause it's been ages!
• Had ramen. Yum!
• Talked to Sarah for a bit.
• Went to sleep and slept for 16 hours and man it was satisfying.

Today

• Bought two comics.
• Got cheap Cadbury Brunch Bars in the co-op. Yum.
• Came up with ideas for Media assignment.
• I bought a sandwich for a homeless man who asked me to because he missed the food bank bus thing and...just...the smile on his face when I gave it to him, he was so happy, I actually helped the man even if it was just a little bit.
• Went to this Christian event thing(I randomly ended up there), and people were nice and there were some very interesting discussions, and this girl performed a lovely song, and i saw a lot of people I knew.
• Talked a bit with Sarah.
• Made a Christmas wish list.
• Decided to make nice food for Hanukkah so quite excited about that as it also ~coincides with my birthday.
