Afternoon all. I have my vitamin b12 jab this evening. I just hope it's not raining tons as I have plans to go the chippy afterwards. It's only a few minutes walk from my doctors. It's given rain here so am not looking forward to going out.

My weekend was good but exhausting, thank you.

I'm back at work, yeah. 7:45-4:45 at one job, I'm just home now to get changed, and 6-10 at the other tonight.

I'm trying to ignore most of what is making me on edge because I can't see solutions.

It is what it is, I need extra money for therapy so extra hours it is. (My NHS ones took 3 years on a waiting list to get 8 sessions, and they said I have to wait 12 months before they'll ever refer me to go back on the waiting list - and I've got my court trial in 5 months time. I can't wait another 4 years for any support).

Do you want solutions? Or would talking it through, help?

I had my chippy tea. The postman was in the waiting room as well. I almost didn't recognise him as I have only ever seen him in his uniform. He wasn't in his uniform today.
