called back in less than an hour... and the diagnosis is to not walk on it or bend it for a few days, its just badly bruised, but if it still hurts on monday go to my local A&E

I am currently:
Urgh, I'm anxious and don't feel good. I'm scared that I'm going to be sick again even though I'm mostly better (stomach bug), but as usual, it's all in my head. I.e., the discomfort goes away when I distract myself. Stupid head. I HATE MYSELF.
