I got 4 hours sleep which is not enough sleep.
But can't go back to sleep as had to call the GP surgery about my asthma, as my lungs have been misbehaving and now have appointment at 11 am.
I am also tired. And fed up of misbehaving lungs. Have just got back from GP surgery and am back on steroids... But at least it's been around 3 months since I was last on them.
Nothing much Lindsay. I was supposed to go wild swimming but the person I go with is unwell. So other than cleaning and putting the recycling box out I have nothing to do today. Oh and washing my hair because it needs it.

Not a lot here either.
I dropped my car off for repairs, L built the viv cabinet (viv is too small for it. It's a whole thing) I made brownies. We went to homebase and screwfix to see if we could find an mdf panel but no joy.
My car should be ready around 3:30 but L is asleep, so having a bit of a crisis about that because S gets home at 4pm. Then I'll head off to get my snake hopefully.
Shame about wild swimming dawn. Hopefully next time.

Sorry your appointment with your cpn wasn't brilliant Lindsay.
I have managed to have a shower, do 2 loads of laundry (have a 3rd going in right now) and clean my toilet. Done some dusting but need to dust the living room. Need to register some postcards that I received.

Sorry to hear you are both having difficult days in one form or another Beckie and Dawn. Sending hugs if you would like them.
My lungs feel a little less grumpy today but complain if I do much of anything. Even talking is tiring me out! However steroids zoomies are starting to kick in so it's a challenge to rest.
