Jealous of both your family elephant visit and you with the turtles! Not quite as jealous as of my friend who went back packing round the world and worked for month or so at an elephant baby sanctuary where you basically adopt one as your child sleep next to it, bond with it, feed it, play with it, and (amongst the herd they've got) basically teach it to be an elephant so can be released.

I am awake because my next door neighbour is having a new door fitted (the council decided that because of health and safety we should all have fireproof doors) & the workmen are using power tools. So it woke me up because they were dead near my bedroom and there was no way that I could sleep through the noise.
