Yesterday:
- Saw lovely friends old and new.
- Tried a butter beer frappuccino which was very nommy.
- Had cuddles with my 'invisible' wife.
- Saw lots of beautiful fireworks in london from the comfort of my train.
Let us go then you and I, when the evening is spread out against the sky, like a patient etherized upon a table
- T.S. Elliot
Home cooked roast.
Saw my nan for the first time in weeks which was lovely.

Don't ever frown because you never know who's falling in love with your smile.
Yesterday-
Spent the day with family, had fireworks and a bonfire which was lovely
Tidied and hoovered
Today-
Went to my neighbours friends house on my own (who I've only met once when I was with my neighbour) as I have to do a child study for school and I wasn't anxious there which is brilliant for me :)
Revised
Absolutely amazing weekend with friends that are family. QK <2 <3 <4
Belly Button Piercing :D Body positivity and all that. Detest my stomach but perhaps throwing pictures all over faceby and realising that focusing on spending time with people I love is miles above what this body of a shell loooks like will be cemented the more I pretend to not care about my body. Self-fulfilling prophecy (a positive one) hopefully.

I had a wonderful day and saw lovely people I care about despite being really anxious about it this morning (though I may have talked too much!) and it was good.
Cats.
Doctor Who.
=)
Without wanting to be super arrogant and invade this thread by making it about me I just wanted to say Lio I'm so so glad you made it, thank you for making such a huge effort to hush anxieties, it was so lovely to see you again. Sorry I hadn't clocked you were anxious, I would have asked before what I could do to ease it at all. You most definitely did NOT talk to much- think I win the title of talking :P We must meet up some more soon <3
OOOOOO EEEEEEEE OOOOOOOO
Emma I'm glad you made it home safe despite fireworks being difficult and that they were turned into a postive/pretty for you <3

I am super made up with it, thank you so much love. Though I have had to take it off now as it kept bumping directly into my belly button piercing :P

- I made a start on tidying my room which I have been putting off forever.
- Applied for some volunteering that could be fun.

- In the process of cleaning my room, found chocolate that I didn't know I had, which is always a win :D
- Messaged a friend, which I've also been putting off.

It's a week now since one of the scariest episodes I've had for a while, and things haven't gotten that bad again.
Although I didn't do as much writing as if planned today, I decided to treat myself to ordering some documents which should help me push on once they arrive.
My dog who went missing yesterday (I'm working about 300 miles from home at present, and so was no help whatsoever) and didn't come home all night due to getting lost after being terrified by the fireworks, was found this morning and while she's hurt her paws - vet tomorrow morning - she is ok, thank the divinity of your choice.
And a podcast I thought I'd completely screwed up has come out quite well in the editing, albeit largely due to the genius of the person in charge of that particular task.
This is a good thread. There have been downs today and if I was doing a summary of my day they'd be right up there, but when the whole point is to only list positive things you don't feel so guilty about doing it. Really helpful.
- I'm feeling quite upbeat at the moment!
- I'm getting trained on another department at work which will hopefully mean more overtime and therefore more money!
- Half price Ben & Jerry's ice cream :D

Hannah, just figured out where you work based on the Ben & Jerry's thing:P (Although I may have known anyway? I forget!) I have HAD to indulge in some. I hope you have too!
Had fun with some housemates.
Cooked a chilli.

Read a couple chapters of Wuthering Heights, as well as an introduction to Psychoanalytical Criticism.
Decided I have to let go of my past, especially Stefan.
Felt better after talking to Sarah, and she helped me a lot, and suggested that I meditate.
Decided to start Kickboxing with Sarah and Nick!!!
Drew for a little while before going to sleep.
Today:
My laptop started working again!!
Bought healthy food, and therefore had salad as a side dish for lunch and that felt amazing.
Even though I panicked at first, I managed to calm down and make a study plan for this week.
I read some lectures on Minimalism.
I read a chapter and a half of Wuthering Heights(and planning to read more just before bed).
Talked to Leo the Barista and I didn't sound all squeaky or anything.
I managed my anxiety, and was able to do my work right next to Him, and also was generally calm!!
Watched Awkward and Faking It with Sarah and Nick.
I am actually feeling HAPPY, and have been for a few hours I think, and this is the longest I've been happy in what seems like forever.

Have you ever looked fear in the face and said "I just don't care"?

- I took the dog for a proper walk today. We both enjoyed it :)
- Then I gave him ANOTHER bath because he rolled in nasty things so I felt very productive!
- I got my hair cut and dyed it and I really like it.
- I bought myself a pink wine glass and am currently drinking orange juice out of it because I am SUPER COOL.
- For a lot of today I've actually felt really positive and quite happy.
- My CPN person and my mum both said some really nice things about me today.
