Now trying not to zoom too much while waiting for it be time to get ready and head out to appointment. I had steroids at midnight so the zoom is very much a thing.

Not ideal for sure. My heart rate always goes sup when my asthma is flaring and the m ds can have that as a side effect as well. It's all good seeing nurse in jus tiger an hour so will be checked out.

I am currently:
NP thinks I have a chest infection so antibiotics as well as steroids for me. Have come home and gone straight to bed. Brain is complete mush. Had a couple of seizures while at GP surgery. She will get her colleague to call me in Friday to check how things are going as she doesn't work Friday's anymore.
