I am visiting my parents later but other than that no plans.

I am not sure if I am unwell Lindsay. I felt a bit awful last night but generally apart from my blocked ears I feel ok. I had a package come through the post but part of it is going to the charity shop as i think it's ugly.

My mum came to see me this morning and I've been for a walk in the grounds with a staff member :)

L's mum and step dad came over for a bit, then we went out for lunch and got my meds. I've just showered and shaved (a task and a half!)

I'm in quite a bit of pain today. But its eased off after some co codamol.

We went to visit L's dad and his new puppy!

I went out on leave but briefly because it was raining and my escort didn't have a coat. Then this afternoon L came to see me, though sadly not my sister because she's feeling full of cold.

I did! The puppy is gorgeous! And was nice to see her dad also.

Yes it was nice to stretch my legs. I agreed with my person yesterday, the air in the grounds is better than the air in the little ward garden.
