I think there's an ot at the CMHT. I don't want to do things just for the sake of it, but if there was something I was genuinely interested in, that'd be nice.
They can help explore your interests and how you might be able to pursue them. It's sometimes hard to find activities on your own. It's something to consider asking your CPN about I guess.
I'm not great but my friend is visiting today so I'm hoping that will be nice although I'm a bit worried it will be awkward. We usually only go to the colouring group together.

Morning all. It's raining rather heavy here. Got a bit wet fetching the recycling boxes in. Am supposed to be going to the hearing voices group today but I have a parcel coming via courier and you know what they're like.

Hi Beth, how are you getting on today?
My friend was coming to meet my cat who she loved and we had got some lunch from Greggs so had that and then just coloured and had a chat. It was nice. She said my house is lovely and relaxing and she had a nice time.

I got back, had therapy which felt pretty pointless and then got into bed. I really need to do some tidying as it hasn't been done any night this week.

Sorry I disappeared I was waiting all afternoon for a courier. I was supposed to go to the hearing voices group but you know what couriers are like. Good job I didn't go as I would have been out at the time he came.
I have been cleaning. The theatre I got my tickets for the concert from said i should receive a full refund. If I haven't received my refund then I have the backing of my credit card and also its only a 10 minute walk away so I can hassle them in person. The concert hasn't been rescheduled nor can I find a reason why it's been cancelled. Shame as I was looking forward to going and I had front row seat.
