He didn't seem to notice. Maybe he did but didn't mention it. I don't know.
But I know that I can see and hear things other people can't. It's part of the powers. So just because he might not have heard them doesn't mean that they aren't there

It's really not a power, more like a gift. I can see and hear spirits too Beckie, but they don't mean any harm to me. They just want help. I have to Sage out my apartment if it gets too much.

These are different. I don't even know what these 'things' are. These aren't the spirits / others. They're evil. So so evil. But it's connected somehow.
My neighbours know about the spirits / others and they put joss sticks and sage outside my house sometimes. Think they're getting some this weekend.

These 'things' mean harm. I know they do.

The only reason those evil spirits are around is because they are feeding off of your fear and they know you are vulnerable. Once you cut off the food source, they are likely to leave you alone. You need to take control or else they'll control you for the rest of your life.

You'll need to use your voice! In a strong and authoritative voice, you tell them that this is your house and they are not welcome there any longer. It may not work the first time, but you need to keep trying.

I'm going to go for a walk when it gets dark.
Safer when it's dark for some reason. I need a walk. Been shut in one room all day.
Was thinking about the police cells. It felt worse than that today.

Got a text from the police saying I was missing!!! I haven't left my room let alone the house all day!!!! Said to call them urgently so I did and said I was at home and I've drunk nearly a bottle of wine and WHAT THE FUCK? !??!?!?
