The first half was quite exciting. Better than England have been previously. I think I'm enjoying it more watching it on my own than with the guy though (I won't tell him that!)

Yes it will only allow you to request addresses if you have a slot free. If you don't have a slot free then you can't send any more. Once a card gets registered or it expires then you get a new slot. I only have 14 slots and they're all currently taken hence why I can't send any more. For every 50 cards registered you get an additional slot up to a maximum of 100 slots.
There's a forum which people arrange private swaps which aren't counted towards the slots limits. I only do them very rarely due to the cost of stamps and even then it's mostly within the UK.

I'm also in the UK and have never heard of this process. Do you not just go to the post office and post whatever? I mean how would they (and who are they?!) know if you took 20 to different post offices?

I have a few bits to do. Need to return something to screwfix, go to the gym, clean the boys out, sort out some doctor things, chase up paperwork things for my new job and sort car insurance hopefully when my nanny sends me some money hopefully this afternoon. I hope it'll be enough because car insurance quotes can change by the hour and what it was yesterday may not be what it is today.
