Blood test was fine thanks. She got it first time! She was very stressed though. Said it was one of those days where everything was going wrong. I know those days well!

I am ok thanks Lindsay. Went outside because it's ordinary bin day this week and I have a lot of rubbish in mine and nearly died from the heat. Put the recycling out too.

I like when people take blood first time. Shame she was stressed though. Do you have a child sized face too Beckie? I usually have to get teenage glasses because adult glasses are huge on my face.
The heat plus a heavy bin isn't a good combination.

I've just been feeling unwell with hay fever. It made me eat pizza and ice cream last night which might sound like an excuse but it totally isn't, I don't know how to explain it. If I didn't have a bad hay fever day yesterday I wouldn't have eaten those things. Got lots done today despite not feeling well. Got to keep busy to ignore my brain as much as possible!
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

A walk sounds nice. It's not meant to be so hot today! 23° according to my phone. Nice walking weather :)
I'm at the gym then will clean out the boys and go to asda. Then go to L's and do some washing and hang out some washing. And probably some general cleaning. Also hoping blood test results come through today!
