Reception didn't tell the psychologist I was waiting! She came to see where I was at 1.20 so we only had 40 mins and didn't get through everything.

I am suboptimal. Had a lot of seizures yesterday so today has been a rest day. Mood wise not great either.

I had pasta with broccoli and peas and a very runny cheese sauce (it was in a Birds Eye steam bag).

My partner is making us a roast dinner with chicken breast wrapped in bacon as the meat. So will have that around 7:30 ISH.

Might stick some music on and lie down again in a minute.
