Nathan, maybe you can call your boyfriend just to hear his voice, to talk to him a little bit? For me, when I'm really scared or in a bad state, I talk to the people I like- does wonders. You don't have to worry him if you don't want to, you can just say that you missed him and wanted to talk to him for a little bit? D'you think maybe you can do that? And we all are always here to keep you safe *hugs*
