yeah i am claire its sunday it would be a pain to get from glasgow to perth at this time i rekon i'll give it to tomorrow and if im still in the same place mentally i will be going home

i've made a mini noose for the drawstring of my hoody but annoyingly there is absolutely nothing to tie it to, and i know when u start to asphixiate (i cant spell) you naturally panic so im not sure i'd manage to just hold it

tell them you are really struggling with severe suicidal thoughts hun

I just think you need help, maybe 1 to 1 obs to make sure you are safe. they need to know how suicidal you are. I know you wont like it...but you need to be kept safe

just told one of the nurses everything even told her about the voices too i now have a nurse sitting outside my door and probs gonna be on one to one obs tonight
