I tried to tell my mental health worker that I wanted to die and that I felt suicidal and she just changed the subject and ignored what I had told her ,I cant stop crying im at home all alone and I don't feel safe and I want to do something :(

I just feeling very scared anxious down and home sick on top of worrying about losing my baby boy I just don't see another way out I last self harmed in Thursday it's itchy now and I want to go deep as well pathetic
