We have seen you go through this before, Tamo and you have always made it to a better state of mind. I believe you can get there again. Have you seen crisis yet?

E from Crisis came. I've got a bed locally tomorrow evening. My parents are worried I will do something dangerous to avoid it but in my head I can't imagine succeeding - yesterday's failure has made me doubt myself. So I guess I'll be going into hospital tomorrow evening. E said the psych there is really good.

I am glad that it's a local ward at least. Last thing you want is to end up the other side of the country. Hope it can be a quick admission

I've had some long admissions, hopefully this won't be. I agreed with E that I will take PRN in the morning. Crisis Team will call me and if I have dangerous/sh thoughts I am to call them straight away.

If they do tell them that you don't have a bath XD I find it stumps them and takes them off script.

I am glad you think you can keep to it. And I hope if you need to call they are helpful and that you can state your needs if they tell you unhelpful things.

I'm sorry that is worrying you. Have you told anyone about this worry? I hope that when you get there everyone will be kind and supportive and it will help you to feel less scared.

Is there anything you can use as CBT evidence against the hospital being part of the organisation? For example the fact that it was just first avaliable local bed?

I'm nervous. What if I lie and say I'm not bothered by all that stuff anymore? But I think I owe it to my parents to be honest.
