Positive recovery post - 4 years baby!

I still have not heard from anyone. My cpn is in tomorrow so if I do need to phone I have her to talk to. However saying that my cpn is coming next week so I will speak to her about why nobody has phoned.

My stress levels have been quite high (hence why I wanted to SI). My main concern was my cats because they were ill. I took my youngest to the vet for her booster before. I saw my favourite vet who said that she was "a lovely healthy cat" so hopefully the residual SI urges will go. I haven't taken prn for a few days though.

The only downside is that I found more blades in a drawer that I don't go in often. Also I have a cough so I am not feeling too physically well. It's only a few days until another month free so hopefully I will get there.

It was ok. Still have some residual urges but they are slowly going. The same goes for the voices. I am hoping both will go by the time my cpn comes on Wednesday.

My cpn phoned. She said that the other nurse phoned me last week but i have checked the phone and the last witheld number (my cmht's phone number shows up as witheld) was the 05 November. I haven't had anything else on my mobile. So I don't know what happened there. Besides even if she had called I wouldn't have been able to answer.

She's coming on Wednesday so we will catch up then.

Idk. The SI urges are practically zero right now. It's the voices that is the problem. I am going out tomorrow for coffee with my friend so that makes me feel better. It's going to be windy tomorrow so I am hoping that the dish stays connected as it gets knocked about a lot when it's windy. I will have no TV if its bad.

Coffee got cancelled which I got disappointed about.

I could watch TV online but I don't have an unlimited data allowance so I have to be mindful that I don't go over it. So I can't do it all the time. I have plenty of dvds though.

Hey sweetie, I don't want to make a thread but wanted to let you know, I'm 4 years and a months free! I made it! Just about, but at least I did, that's the important thing.

I'm sorry your coffee got cancelled, I hope you can do it another time. The weather is bad here too, I prefer watching dvds, I hope you can stay busy with dvds if your tv goes. Maybe treat yourself and rewatch an old favourite?!

The wind has now died down and fortunately my dish is intact. But it was so bad that I couldn't watch TV for 2 hrs.

I have plenty of books so I can find one to read.

My oldest cat is going to the vet tomorrow so the SI urges have returned along with the voices. I am kinda worried that they'll find a tumour. She is acting her normal self though. She does have dodgy teeth so fingers crossed it's related to that and the vet will recommend a dental operation.
