Can you talk to someone, and tell them that you're angry? Can you write or scribble it down and try and verbalise it, instead of leaving it to fester until the volcano erupts?
I understand that you're angry, I know how much you didn't want your choices and options taken away from you, but let's be honest, love, how far is not cooperating or anything going to get you? I'm not saying that you haven't been cooperating, because I know how hard you've been trying, but you need to carry on like that, sweetheart.

I'm so sorry things are so difficult right now. Its completely unfair about your flat and I'm not at all surprised that you're angry. On top of a section its no wonder you're feeling angry. Are you able to write at all? Sometimes that can help to get the feelings out a bit.
I love you sweetheart. Please keep fighting, don't give up. I hope hospital starts to help you soon, you deserve to feel better.
