jo is really struggling and finding it hard to cope at the moment.
she feels very alone, worthless and like no one cares about her.

I hope therapy went well, maybe moving into your own place is something to discuss with your therapist? She might be able to refer you to someone who might be able to help advise you in regards to moving out.

I know from my experience how draining flashbacks can be, I'm glad though that meeting your friend went well, do you do that often? If not might it be something you'd want to do more often.
