is an apt with my pdoc... and will involve a change of meds///// and there are a few ppl pushing for an admission :s and i just cant cant cant do tht... :s have to work and stuff....

*Hugs* I know admission can be scary but your pdoc will only use that as a last resort so try not to stress about it too much, talk to your pdoc about why you don't wanna go in. Is it possible you can come to an arrangement with them and make up a safety plan as an option, this shows that you are willing to work with them. They won't admit you unless there are no other options. You will get through this hun. I just feel arkward around my worker, I know I have to give it time as she hasn't been working with me long but it's soooo hard.

mmmm yea... hopefully. but i sorta ruined tht when promised couns would msg when feeling unsafe etc and then i couldnt and yea :s now am in trouble. its all one huge vicous cycle and i hate it. i just dont even know what to do anymore........ sorry shouldnt have said anything....
