shake it then take cap off n put mouth piece part in my mouth n breath out completely n push the thing then breathe in n hold for ten seconds theen breathe out nose then go normal.

only gots one cause am sick. gots couple different things wrong or sickness in respitory system thing. sometimes it works the inhaler does n other times i feel like it dont do anyything n then i jus feel worse and more worse. works more often not than do
