Thanks all. My cpn has just been. Inpatient is to an option. He thinks things can improve, I have no idea why he thinks that! I haven't spoken to staff yet but I will, just need to nap a bit first. I feel really really unsafe and out of control. I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through this. Already my stupid brain is forming new plans. It's exhausting.

I chatted to staff, had a shower and watched some tv in the lounge. Got through the evening! Don't feel able to call crisis and don't see much point because they're not going to do anything. Just have to get through tomorrow and then I'll be going to Newcastle for a few days. I've stayed safe so far. Miracle!

Why don't you talk to the staff? The more you talk to them the more they're likely to be able to help and therefore the more you'll get out of being where you are and the less chance you'll have of re-admission to psych wards which I'm sure you don't really want.
