- had a nice meal made for me by my girlfriend whilst I was too scared to lave the bedroom.
- jenna gave me lots of support and love when i was feeling scared and everything was overwhelming.

-I've been super proud all day off my Jenna having a good week back at worth, and Rachie starting uni!
- I was honest with the crisis team and they're trying to get me transport to the BU because I can't stand without shaking.

Thank you both, that made me smile loads coming back into thread and seeing your lovely replies :)
I went out alone last night for Freshers & ended up strolling in at half 6 this morning, sign of a good night :) everyone from my Uni was back at home for the weekend (we started 2 weeks earlier than everyone else) so l made friends with people from two other unis instead. Was nice to be a floating Luna on the dancefloor checking in with different groups that were all lovely and adopted the 'Northerner' :p
Stayed up much of last night talking about anime with some third years who said my 'confidence was sexy',, think l've made a few year long friends outside of my Uni and halls :)

- I had a good day with my sister. She enjoyed staying over at mine and she kindly treated me to lovely bath smellies from lush.
- I got through panicky thoughts and the world didn't end.
Today:
- Went for a walk despite tired from being unable to sleep.
- Arranged another day to meet my sister.

Yesterday: hung out with my friends and made a curry for everyone. It wasn't exactly delicious, but the first time I've cooked a proper meal for ages.
Today I've been really struggling. Feel really grateful for the lovely people on here who are taking my mind off my own problems.
Also, unlocked a new level on a lame computer game that I'm a bit addicted to, not sure if that's a good thing, but it made me happy :)

- I'm cooking toad in the hole for dinner.
- I'm back to my dieting again after slipping up a little.
- I made my Christmas list... HA!
- I sat with my mom for a couple of hours this morning and had a lovely chat and tea with her.
