Kinda of had panick scare bout something but im kinda mostly fine bout that now... Besides usual struggles lately... big fight starting break out and my dad is the instigator... people round me are getting bit meaner/rougher last couple of days... Urge to SH since last Wednesday... So still struggling for the gist!
