Don't give up louise, things can get better you just have to hold on for a bit longer. Believe me I know its hard but you can get through this

sleepy, just woke up, its 2 in the afternoon here, cos the meds i have been on for the past few weeks are making me sleep loads, so am missing loads of uni and giving me really bad dreams

*Hugs Imogen* I remember when I started on one of my meds it used to make me sleep loads, doesn't anymore tho so hopefully the same happens for you. I am not the best but at least the urges have slightly eased now so thats something I guess
